The AIAG Automotive Quality Core Tools are the building blocks of an effective quality management system. These tools have proven so useful that they have been adopted by other manufacturing sectors, including aerospace, defense, medical, and pharmaceutical.

8 weekly virtual trainings will cover these Quality Core Tools. A complimentary set of AIAG Core Tool manuals will be provided to each manufacturer.

1.Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP)- Understanding requirements for customer approval

2. Control Plan - A document describing the critical to quality characteristics

3. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)- A methodology used to address potential problems throughout the process development process

4.Statistical Process Control (SPC)- Use of statistical techniques to analyze output

5. Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) - A guide to help assess quality of your systems

6.Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)- Industry standard to ensure reqiurments are met
